INVITIONAL TOURNAMENT HARRISON LITTLE LEAGUE

TOURNAMENT DATE:       June 26^th  & 27^th , 2010   (Saturday & Sunday)

FORMAT:                              Round Robin / Single Elimination

                                                8U    -   6, 7 & 8   year olds - 2  Days -  3 games minimum

10U  -    9 & 10 year olds - 2  Days -  3 games minimum

                                                12U  -  11 & 12 year olds - 2 Days  -  3 games minimum

ENTRY FEE:                         $200.00  per team 

-      Entry fee must be paid with all checks made out to HARRISON JUNIOR BASEBALL.  Mail checks       along with registration form to:                   Harrison Junior Baseball

-       A copy of the team roster must be submitted to the Tournament Coordinator 30 minutes prior to your first game.  This roster will stand for all the games and must include each players name, birthdate, and league age.  Each roster may have a total of (15)  players.  Please submit the rosters on the forms provided, with your team name, the name, address phone number and E-MAIL ADDRESS of the manager, and the names of the assistant coaches.

-           Any player 11 or 12 years of age and who will not turn 13 before May 1^st, 2010 is eligible to participate in the 12U Tournament.  Any player who is 9 or 10 years of  age and will not turn 11 before May 1^st, 2010 is eligible to participate in the 10U Tournament and all players 5, 6, 7, or  8 and will not turn 9 before May 1^st , 2010 are eligible to participate in the 8U Tournament.

-           Birth Certificates of each player must be available upon request.  Failure to supply birth certificates may result in forfeit.

-           Each team must have their line-up ready and at the official scorekeepers table 10 minutes prior to game time.  Line-ups must include position and uniform numbers.  Any changes must be reported to the official scorekeeper as they occur.  Home team will be decided by a coin flip, and the home team will provide the official scorekeeper. Both teams must designate a scorer to sit at the scorer’s table.
